Semaglutide 30 mg initiation vial: $125. Semaglutide 30 mg maintenance vial: $185. Tirzepatide 30 mg initiation vial: $145. Tirzepatide 30 mg maintenance vial: $189. Every lot is purity-tested with a certificate of analysis, and shipping is cold-chain.

Telehealth program pricing
Compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide prescribed by a licensed Florida provider through our independent telehealth partner starts at $179 per month, including formulations with NAD+, B12, and L-Carnitine. The same partner also covers TRT/HRT, hair loss, and ED by video.
Payment, financing, HSA and FSA
We accept major cards through PayPal checkout, HSA and FSA cards, and CareCredit financing so you can spread the cost of a program over time. You can prequalify for CareCredit without affecting your credit score.
There is no insurance billing for direct programs. Telehealth pricing is set by our partner and is billed monthly.
